So I get a $25 gift card to Best Buy so i figured i can spend it on an iTunes gift card. I come onto the website to buy one and get the e-mail delivery and it says they are sold out? How in the world is it possible to run out of computer generated codes that are sent through an e-mail. I never have considered this possible until this just happened. If it's your website doing this Best Buy, please fix it.

... and since I'm not the only one complaining about this problem with Best Buy, I'll just keep waiting a little longer for my code. And yes, I have added the email address to my contact list and I have been regularly checking my spam folder for that message. At least an informative email about this issue (or something like "we're sorry but you'll receive your code within 10 hours or so") would be fine, but I have not received any communications whatsoever...

I spent over an hour being transferred and on hold and no one at Best Buy could help me get the code I paid for. It never arrived via email. On top of that, I was charged sales tax, which should not be applied to gift cards because tax is collected when you use it. Stick with having the gift card mailed to you--do not buy the digital download!

I ordered this and 10 hours later I still had not received email delivery. On the order it only states, "E-mail Delivery: Usually sent to your e-mail delivery address within 15 minutes." I contacted customer service and they told me that digital delivery can take up to 24 hours. That is not listed anywhere in the item's product description. Had I known that I wouldn't have waited 10 hours for email delivery when I could have driven the 40 minute round-trip drive to my nearest Best Buy. Customer service was not helpful.

If it works, it's a great price. Unfortunately, for some of us digital delivery isn't working and customer support is unable to help. You can't cancel the order, wait on hold forever (over an hour or more), and they'll get back to you in a week or more once you do get through. Really, really bad service. So, you take your chances to get the discount...

I received my iTunes cards but the store did not activate them. I ordered offline so I can't go back to the store to have them activated. Having to work with apple to try to get them activated.

I placed an order for an iTunes gift card to be delivered digitally. My order was canceled because they said I used an international credit card...which is NOT true. I tried again. And again. All with my US AmEx and my US postal billing address and my US phone # always being told I was using an international card. I called them. They said someone will call me with a status update in 3-5 business days. Not a resolution but an update. So I tried it again with another US card and 12 hours later, no confirmation or cancelation. Nothing. It says within 15 minutes. Lie. 12 hours and nothing in my email. Seems so easy yet NOT.

Ordering was flawless, but delivery took almost an hour via email. But code works as expected. It's good for gifting credits. Don't bother if you're in a rush.

Puchased it yesterday, until now haven't received any code from the e-mail I provided and the amount has already been charged to my account. Contacted support via e-mail twice, one yesterday and the other one a few minutes ago. All I got were automated responses. To think that this is my first purchase online on bestbuy and planned to purchase more in the future but because of this experience, I don't think I'll ever buy on bestbuy again.

I ordered this through the Premier Silver email link on 5/22/12. I still have not received the digital delivery code. Bestbuy.com is blaming it on Apple. ETA - up to two weeks... SERIOUSLY?? After the time that was wasted on the phone with customer service, I was better off just buying it direct from Apple for full price.

I ordered this voucher and expected it to be delivered within 15 minutes as specified in the product details. But after more than a day I still did not receive my voucher. I even logged a customer support ticket, but did not receive any feedback. I then cancelled my order, and still no feedback. I am very dissatisfied by the service BestBuy has provided.

Words cannot accurately convey how horrible this experience was. If you have any issue at all with your card (and you will have an issue, most likely) the customer service at the App Store and iTunes is HORRIBLE. They will do anything possible to ensure that whatever money you spent on this cards is gone forever. And if, like me, you bought this as a gift for a kid you'll just have to suck it up and pay for whatever it is her or she wanted, effectively paying TWICE for your purchase due to having shelled out for this useless card. What a horror show. I was an everything Apple girl until today.

This gift card is only used for small purchases from Itunes/Appe store

It would be a fantastic option if you could order more than one, it came super quick via email and was extremely easy to redeem but for someone who wants to save a trip to the store and wants $150 having an option to order more than 1 or in higher denominations would be great.

I ordered the code at 11am of Dec. 30th. It's now 2:20am of Dec 31st and I still haven't received it. The 1 star rating is not for the card/code, which I love, but for the Best Buy service.

I don't like the tax that is added on each purchase.,

This is the second time in about a month that I have gone to purchase and e-mail delivery itunes code and they are sold out! How is that possible? I sent an email to customer service the last time I went to do this and they received my e-mail but never got back to me. Disappointing.

Plus my previous review was either deleted or not published. You should know that there is a no refund policy on these cards, even if it's no fault of your own that you didn't receive the digital code after 4 weeks of waiting.

so i oredered at 8:26 and its now 10:15pm and still no email confirming that i have received my itunes money... very disappointed ... need to make some new playlist. i guess it really is a hit or miss type thing when buying the digital download. guess i should of just waited until the morning to purchase. D&*! ADHD could let me wait!!!

The recepient of the code had been waiting for more than an hour since I ordered it. I did receive the acknowledgment e-mail right after I ordered it but the sending of the code seemed not as fast as others here said it would be.
