This Power Adaptor is a replacement for the one that went bad for my 2017 13" Macbook Pro. I love my Macbook Pro and it's the second one I've had. I would never go back to another brand, BUT, it is ridiculous that this big pretty adaptor we all have come to associate with our Rolls Royce Apple computers, would go bad after less than 2 years of use. It just stopped charging. The other thing Apple has intentionally designed badly in these chargers is the little thingeys that pull out and go into the receptacle. After some use they lose their ability to stay fixed. This is the second one I've had that happen to. The same thing occurred on the adaptor for my old Macbook Pro.

Bought a generic charger but this genuine Apple product is well worth the money. Much better build quality.

I left my charger at a hotel while on vacation and needed a replacement. It's reliable and does the job, but it's expensive. You might as well buy a different brand usb c charger.

My old adaptor got fried in a lightning storm so I bought this replacement.

Standard apple charger. Works as expected. I do wish it came in a combined package with the USB type-c cable.

I bought it and it works great. No complaints about it not working my only complaint is that it is expensive.
