Went to my celluar carry to upgrade a tablet because the main app for my kids attending elementary school needed to be ipad because the processor. Well went in to do upgrade...NO IPAD ALL BACK ORDER ALL DUE TO COVID 19. LONG STORY BEST BUY SSVED MY LIFE IPAD WAS EXTREMELY EASY TO SET UP AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT MY KIDS WAS DOING WORK AND LEARNING....

The staff at my Best Buy are always polite and very knowledgeable! I am very satisfied with my recent purchase! Whoever is in charge at the Best Buy on the west bank expressway in Marrero Louisiana is also doing a great job because I usually can get what I went for!
