We purchased this as a gift for my six year old and the mini has not disappointed. I absolutely love the screen size- not to big, not too small. We put the otterbox case on it and all is well. It is easy to travel with and screen resolution looks good. He mainly uses it to watch videos and play games. Our son has not found a way to brake it and we got it on a great sale so no complaints. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something in between the average 10- 11 inch screen and a phone screen.

I have always loved Apple products so I'm not surprised that I love my new iPad. I was a little worried that this size would be too small for me, but knew that I wanted to read some on it. The size is actually just perfect for reading and watching videos. I pretty much use this as my "computer" at home. If you are looking for something to ONLY read on though, I would recommend getting something cheaper and better on your eyes (Kindle Paperwhite, etc). But if you want to be able to do everything all on one device, this is perfect!!!

Love this little thing. It's the perfect size for me. I bought it for travel to keep things light... It's great. Perfect for youtube and since my Nook is out of commission this will be a good replacement. I see potential and I love the size and color. I was on the fence because this purchase wasn't really a necessity... The Apple rep at Best Buy was so great and professional, without being pushy. I saw a mini demo and was hooked. There is so much more that this thing can do that I was not aware of. I'm happy with this purchase. Pricey, so save up!

I love the size, easy for me to put in my purse to travel with. Easy to use. Had one before but was outdated, very glad to now have this one!

My wife's been using an iPad 2 ever since those came out. She was thrilled to get a faster iPad that was so much lighter than her old one.

I love the size of it. I take it everywhere with me and even my toddler loves it. Way better than his amazon tablet

My daughter started kindergarten this year and needed something to use for virtual days and her Osmo software. This is a lot snappier than the kids kindle she used before and it's easy enough to set parental controls on content, purchases, etc. It may be more difficult as she learns to navigate it more and more, but I'm glad I bought it for now. The form factor is just right for her size and my wife and I use it for movies on road trips.

I got this IPad mini and it’s smokin fast! I like hope light weight it is . It resolution is just perfect. I am very happy with it overall.

I have an Ipad also, but the mini gets a lot of use. Just as fast as the full size, but easy to tuck into my bag on the go. It's perfect!

MY IPAD IS MUCH THE SAME AS MY 1ST GENERATION IPAD. I WANTED THE SAME SIZE IPAD. I LOVE THE EASE OF GETTING AROUND AND I JUST LOVE THE ROSE COLOR OF MY IPAD MINI.

Wonderful, I have wanted an iPad mini for some time now, and was finally able to afford one, it works great, fast and brilliant.

Just upgraded to this new iPad from an iPad mini 4. Yes it looks exactly the same, however the processor is blazing fast and I love the connectivity to the Apple Pencil! Taking notes is great on this iPad because it is just the perfect size to travel with. It was definitely worth it!

The iPad mini is the perfect size for reading your favorite book. It works exactly like the bigger version but easier to hold in your hand.

I got this to replace an old ipad. The colors are bright and clear. The battery life is great and it is the right size to take everywhere!

Have the original iPad mini that could not be updated for more recent versions of iOS. The new iPad mini 5 is a good solution. Excellent for reading (smaller form factor). Retina screen is welcome. Fast operation. Love using the Apple Pencil. Wish it could use latest Apple Pencil, had option for Face ID, and had smaller bezel. Overall very good upgrade.

Excellent. I love the speed and portability of this device. The only way this would be better is if Apple designed an iPad Mini Pro.

I have only had Kindle Fires before, but I wanted to switch to Ipad, for the better performance and I have not been disappointed at all. It is very quick and I am able to do whatever sites I want without any problem. I also really like the Touch ID. The only complaint that I have is that it seems like the size of files for Apple Music and Itunes Movies are much bigger than files from Spotify or Amazon Prime Videos when they are saved for offline viewing. But I think that is more of an apple thing, than a specific ipad. Without question recommend this tablet.
