I previously bought her an iPad Pro and even though she was excited the screen was bigger, she got tired of it quickly. The iPad mini is perfect for her smaller hands.

It’s perfect for his little hands. He has the ability to draw using his tablet. Time limits can be set as well. Great iPad for the price.

Great secondary device!

I like handwriting notes, but hate having piles of paper around. Paired with the Apple Pencil, this is an excellent device for that purpose. Small enough to carry with my laptop without a lot of extra weight, but big enough to not feel cramped. My only criticism is that the mini is not yet compatible with the 2nd generation Apple Pencil (and the new pencil charging method).

My purchase experience, was a little disappointing. It was to be a gift, and although, the order was placed 4 days ahead of time, I received it 3 days late.

This iPad does great. Had a second generation iPad mini that could not take the new iOS updates. This works well with my iPhone.

Long battery life

I'm surprised that battery lasted more than 5 days. Though I'm just using it for browsing and messaging and I have not installed any other applications yet.

I have the mini 2 for years and finally its too slow for me. The 5 is great for my needs. Very happy with this purchase...
