Product as expected, working well. Could have purchased via Apple, but I like dealing with Best Buy and knowing I can come to them for care and assistance. Ordered online for in-store pickup and the items came within days.

I got this so I could use the iPad pencil which has been great to use. Outside of that feature, I could not tell a huge difference from the iPad Air 2.

I had an old school iPad from the beginning and although I have lived it, over the years it's gotten it's share of wear. Decided to get the iPad Pro because of how updated it is and am loving it! It's allowed me to put off replacing my laptop which is circa 2005

While there are other tablets on the market, this product is amazing. Its super easy to use. Tons of apps for it and it’s extremely reliable. It works perfect every tine and if it just do happens to give trouble Apple support is a click away.

Love all the GB, so I can have a lot of pics & a lot of games! Only problem is I've had to reboot a lot to get it going. Otherwise I Love it!

I bought this because I thought it was just a small firm factor iPad Pro with 4 GB RAM. It's only 2 and it definitely bigs down for DB use.

I had an iPad2 for years only had 16Gig. storage. Got tired of taking things off just to get new books. Storage is the best on this iPad Pro.

I think the title says it all. I bought this for my daughter for a present. I wish I had bought it for myself instead, LOL. She is having so much fun with it I am so JEALOUS. My next iPad will be this one. Apple really out done themselves this time.

I stream a lot of movies on my iPad Pro and the picture quality is much more clearer than I expected. The photos also are a better quality than my previous iPad Air2. I am very happy that I upgraded to the iPad Pro 9.7 , it also has more features included.

Ok, so I don't really consider the iPad Pro a tablet...it's more like a super lifesaving mini touch-screen computer. I use it daily and honestly it has almost completely replaced my MacBook Air.

I purchased this item about a month ago. I bought it to replace an old laptop. I use it both for personal use and work. I have had no problems using this ipad instead of a laptop and love the portability. I hope to purchase the keyboard by Christmas.

This is a great size to get. It's light and very portable, will even fit in most of my purses. This is my first Ipad purchase.

I have had iPads since generation 1, and although all still work, each generation improves on the last. The better screen resolution is great and I got the bluetooth pencil which is awesome.

I really enjoyed opening the box and then turning the iPad Pro on and getting started was a breeze. Very easy to use and lots of tutorials and help to really put it to good use. I look forward everyday to find a new way to use it.

The iPad Pro 9.7" is a very dependable secondary device. It is great to use as both a reading device and a secondary monitor.

Seems faster then my old Ipad. Very happy with this product only worried the next release makes this one obsolete.

This was a mail order purchase. Two days after ordering Apple announced new IPads. I had not received my new ipad and it was already discontinued. Therefore shortly after its arrival I returned it for the latest model.

I was a bit disappointed with the new I Pad pro. I don't really see that much difference from the I Pad Air.

The new iPad Pro is a very smooth functioning system, great visual clarity, and very easy to navigate. The touch sensor works very well, but I like it as a secondary/additional level of security to the new 6 entry password.
