After buying cheap headphones from another discount stores and multiple $80 and under off brand headphones... I just splurged and got these. The sound alone makes it worth it. Not too bassy, not too much treble, no muddy mids. Just perfect. No connectivity issues and the battery lasts a long time. Idk why I bothered before with the cheap stuff.

Sound quality from previous model is night and day. Bass hits really nice and low like it should. Two issues though... 1. Can't wear to the gym, they easily fall out. 2. They are terrible at canceling the ambient noise around you while you're on a call. Almost every call, the person I am talking to is telling me it's too loud around me and they can't hear me.

Anyone whining about how these are not an upgrade didn’t really research. They sound a little better but if your buying these thinking they are going to blow your mind, stop. The upgrades are in battery life, size, case, water resistant, spacial audio etc. If you want everything they offer EXCEPT the sound buy them, if you want to be blown away by the sound difference, don’t buy them because you won’t be blown away.

I bought these for my son and he loves it. He says its super comfortable and it has long battery life.

They last me through my entire work day, the sound quality is amazing!

Took one star off because they were not comfortable. Everything else, sound, interface and battery life were great.

My AirPods Pro finally wouldn't hold a charge, so I bought Beats Fit Pro. They hurt my ears no matter what I tried. I have weird ears, I guess. I ordered the Air Pods 3 without realizing that the earpiece did not have silicone tips. I hated the hard earpiece in the originals and the air pods 2 . Well, I'm glad I didn't cancel. I absolutely love these! The buds sit perfectly on my ears and sound great. I didn't realize how invasive the silicone tips were until I tried these. Now I can hear things around me , PLUS hear my music and calls with clarity. I forget I'm wearing them . The case is wonderful and I can now charge with my mag safe charger. The spatial audio is so awesome. Also, the sound is much better with a deeper bass. Yes, I wish they had ANC, but I'm not missing it yet. One more thing , is that you can barely see the stems as they've been shortened. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My first pair of AirPods. I haven’t used Apple EarPods since their wired one years ago. Would always fall out of my ears if I got a little sweaty. I went to Bose wireless earphones to beats pro (but they started failing might be due to me) so I decided to try out AirPods 3rd Gen. Didn’t want AirPods Pro because I have Bose QC 35s for ANC. Just wanted regular earphones and these did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by a difference in sound volume compared to Beats Pro. I’m not an audiophile but sound quality is good to me. Fit is also fine, which was something I worried about. However, the right AirPod had a problem with sound always being louder initially. I just went to the Apple store and they ran tests and determined there was an issue and just replaced the right AirPod for me. Also love the advertised battery life of these compared to AirPods Pro and regular AirPods. Connectivity/pairing is seamless.

A great choice for those who prefer earbuds that don't go inside the ear canal like the AirPods Pro 2. Sound quality is much improved over the 2nd generation.

Unboxing: Usual Apple unboxing experience. Minimalistic/simple. Pros: 1. Clarity - Sound is a little “bit better” than it’s previous generations, setting aside AirPods Pro which I would separate in comparison. 2. Shape of buds/Stem - Mimicked AirPods Pro; those who want transparency mode constantly would surely love these. 3. Battery life - Best among the 3 (gen 1, 2, and pro). Cons: 1. No ANC (Active Noise Cancelling). Summary: I would rate these a 5/5. I also have the AirPods Pro and have tried the previous generations. I’m making the switch from AirPods Pro for one reason and that’s because the silicone tips from the pro make my ears irritate (redness), itch and produce an unusually more amount of ear wax after every usage.

Bought for a gift and has not dissatisfied them since. Very comfortable to wear good quality and fair price $.
