I’ve had Apple Air Pods for years. The new Air Pods 4 are not the best at all. They don’t fit comfortably or securely … can be easily knocked out. The tap feature is not an improvement over prior models. Not responsive to tapping to end a call. I thought they were faulty since they were unresponsive but finally on day 12 found the invisible button on the stem to click

I absolutely love the fact that I can reply to messaged without touching my phone. These airpods gives you many hands-free optilns. The down side is you get a lot of distortion during phone conversation leaving you frustrated. I'm not sure if the good outweigh the bad because some of the good can be found in a cheaper brand! Oh yeah battery life is very short lived i can only get a hour and a half of my audio book before they die. Any recommendations?????

They are great piece of hearing instrument but will not stay in my ears.

I brought these air pods for my daughter for Xmas. Which I waited to last minute to purchase . The air pods works perfect , which I have never brought anything from Best Buy that didn’t work. And I can honestly say I order online and was able to pick up on Xmas eve. So Best Buy saved the day for me .

I prefer the previous model of AirPods because they fit my ear better.
