The item itself has worked well, the sound is optimal. However, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! Aiden, seemed to be upset that I wanted my items in an undamaged box and proceeded to throw my AirPods and IPad Air on the counter. When I politely handed the items back to him, he became angry, yet, shocked that he did not get e reaction out of me for such appalling behavior. I love Best Buy, but hate the service I received for such a large purchase.

Very cool earpods clear sound and easy to use come so handy

I’ve been using these AirPods for a while now and I’m honestly very impressed. The sound quality is clear and balanced, whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. They’re also extremely comfortable and stay in place even when I’m moving around. The battery life has been great so far — I can use them throughout the day without constantly worrying about recharging. Connectivity is seamless with my phone, and they pair instantly every time I take them out of the case. Overall, these are reliable, well-designed, and perform exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wireless earbuds that just work.

I believe this product is really good. I’ve been using it for a week now and it sounds good charge pass and I’ve been using it for exercising and work. Greenfield doesn’t fail on the calls or connections so I think I would recommend this for another person to buy it it’s a good product.

good quality, charges fast, the battery lasts long, the thing it still needs is a number where you could see how much battery there is left, or when it charges where the % is up to.

These new AirPod generation 4s have great sounding and it’s the perfect size since it’s small. Even though I bought the ones without noise cancellation, when you have both in it sounds amazing still.

I'm normally not a fan of earbuds & find many of them to be uncomfortable, but these fit well! I prefer the hard piece that rests in my ear rather than the silicone "ear plug" type of earbuds. I worry about ear infections or hearing loss with those kind. I wish the battery life was longer on any of the AirPods but I think that's an issue for all earbuds or wireless headphones.

They are so compact and fit anywhere, not to mention they stay charged for so long. With moderate use I charge them every few days, and they only need about 30mins of charging before there all set to use again. Very worth it.
