    I ordered a pair of AirPods online for ship to home and I was sent a Samsung charger kit instead of the AirPods. I went to the store in Fairfield Township and was assisted by Lennox and Gus. These two guys were outstanding. They were able to get me refunded and get me the correct product. I’m a retail manager myself and I understand that most reviews with comments are negative but I was so appreciative that they took the time to take care of my issue. Thank you Lennox and Gus! You guys are outstanding and I can say Best Buy is lucky to have you!

    The clarity from these air pods is amazing. I use them at work( which can be noisy because I work in a factory) and don’t struggle to hear anything. From music,tv to listening to books. There is no struggle.
