Purchased in August, and now in November the case is not charging. I’ve attempted to troubleshoot various ways and still no charge. Earbuds work fine, but case will not charge.

I ordered a pair of AirPods and a few other multiple items. when the items arrived at my house, the brown packing tape had already been cut open and somebody had removed everything out of the box and put clear plastic tape to reseal it. My order was shipped with an empty airpod box with no headphones and no case. Called best buy and they told me they can not give me a replacement nor a refund. They also told me they can not do anything for me and said just contact law enforcement. The fedex box was damaged and was relabeled. Bad service…
