My order was shipped with an empty airpod box with no headphones and no case. Called best buy and they told me they can not give me a replacement nor a refund. They also told me they can not do anything for me and said just contact law enforcement. The fedex box was damaged and was relabeled. Bad service…

They're a little more ear-friendly than the previous generations, although it will take some getting used to. The controls are different, little harder to do because of the size. Connectivity is fast, Battery life starts off great, then wains as they start to age, Overall battery life is not as good as the previous gens in the long run. Overall design of the pods are better than the earlier gens. The case, not so much. They're difficult to put in there, the design doesn't make sense. 4 out of 5
