I’m pleased with my AirPods purchase from Best Buy. The sound quality is excellent for both music and phone calls, and they connected to my iPhone instantly with no issues. I also love how comfortable they are — I can wear them for long periods at work and while running errands without any discomfort.

They are great but hurt after a while depending on the ear I’m guessing other than that they have a ok battery life and sound great but not as good as the 1st generation

Ordered as a gift and the recipient is very much pleased with them overall. I requested next-day delivery and Best Buy failed me in this regard, so I will never do that again and I do not recommend using that feature if you truly need the item(s) by a certain day or time. 1 single star out of 5 stars is all that Best Buy gets in that regard. As the delivery process has nothing to do with the efficiency of the product itself, the AirPods 4 have earned 5 stars thusfar.

Honestly, they surprised me more than I expected. Even without voice isolation, the sound is amazing super clear with nice bass that’s not overdone. Vocals come through crisp, and music sounds great overall. They’re super comfortable to wear all day light, don’t fall off, and don’t hurt your ears. The connection is instant too just open the case and they’re ready to go. They’re not for people who want complete noise isolation, but if you want something that sounds good, feels natural, and delivers solid quality for the price

They're simple and easy to use, whether it's one or both together. Charging is simple. They usually stay put in your ears, but can fall out if something jars them, since they're smooth unlike the newer versions that have a "grippier" material on the ends.
