Quality is much crisper with base, spatial works a lot better, and they fit very nicely in my ear compared to the 3 that were hurting one of my ears and sliding out.

Lennox and Gus Are OUTSTANDING!

I went to the store in Fairfield Township and was assisted by Lennox and Gus. These two guys were outstanding. They were able to get me refunded and get me the correct product. I’m a retail manager myself and I understand that most reviews with comments are negative but I was so appreciative that they took the time to take care of my issue. Thank you Lennox and Gus! You guys are outstanding and I can say Best Buy is lucky to have you!
