Battery lasts for hours on end A lot better than market competitors.

Customer service was okay never feel wowed at Best Buy anymore and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2001-2002

I would rather spend a little more to get the AirPod pros first generation than these if I have the chance to go back in time.
