The product works great. The prices are always compared so I got it for a really low price compared to buying it online elsewhere. The staff walked me through the differences in the different kinds of AirPods and explained what my money is going to. Very transparent. Absolutely love it for something as small as buying headphones.

It’s a great product in general I have had plenty headphones from Apple. This is not necessarily an issue with best buy but not have a charger in box for new device is ludicrous as it’s been difficult to find a charger for new device.
