Cumbersome

Pair of AirPods. After a while, they lose and won’t recharge. In addition, the holder/charger cup is the worst design ever. Me with fat fingers can barely get the pod out of the cup, so I then drop the pod for the 50th time. It’s a big pain….and an Apple issue, not Best Buy.

Case needs digital battery status/indicator reading incorporated Apple! Case needs to be able to sit/stand on its own Apple! Not loud enough Apple! Need different colors Apple!
