Disappointing Sound Quality

For a product at this price point, the sound quality is unacceptable. One earbud is noticeably louder than the other, which makes listening uncomfortable and distracting, especially for music or calls. I’ve tried adjusting settings and reconnecting them, but the imbalance persists. Overall audio clarity is also underwhelming compared to previous models and competitors. Apple usually delivers consistent quality, but these feel rushed and poorly balanced. I would not recommend these to anyone who values sound quality or a reliable listening experience.

No pairing button on the case itself so cannot pair to my work laptop. Does not work when you want to charge on a wireless pad.
