For pricing it’s alright. I will be returning because the the AirPod first generation sounded with better quality as well as it glitches with a single AirPod in.

Right earpod stopped working after 6 months. It does not connect unless the left airpod is working. Won't hold the charge and get really hot after a brief use. Tried to call the support line but agents are always busy.

These were such a good upgrade from the older generation airpods - better noise cancelling, comfortable ear support, charging lasts A LOT longer. The only complaint is they don't have the tap capability to change to the next song or pause like the older ones did. Overall, good purchase - would buy them again.

Damaged and scuffed out of the box and the weird loser associates are looking at me like im crazy. L stores. Also sold me a bugggy worthles assus g14. Ultimately got the pro version somewhere else for cheaper.

I am very frustrated writing this review because I think I have been very understanding of the circumstances. Long story short, I initially purchased these headphones for my boyfriend in October for his 25th Birthday and with every Apple product we get I add Apple care to it for issues like this.
For some weird reason, we’ve had to return these headphones for different ones about 3 times.
He got otp with Apple care a month ago because the pods refuse to charge in the case (either the right or left pods). After the return window expired on the ones once he got replaced he decided to call Apple Care. Their solution was for him to send the troubled pod to them so they can examine it to make sure it’s faulty before they send him another one. Or he has to wait 3 weeks after he sends Apple the entire AirPods to get a whole new one. He is in North Carolina and the closest Apple Store to him is about 2 hours away. This is so upsetting because these were meant to be a gift to celebrate him and for him to understand the love a care I have for him instead it’s been a freaking NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Apple gotta bring back the tap feature, and honestly there’s nothing wrong with the Gen 2 style. I would prefer them make a version of these that are like the Gen 2 AirPods. Apple needs to stop trying to fix things that aren’t broken.

These are relative garbage. The fit is awful (first earbuds I have ever had where fit is an issue). I have big ears and my wife has small ears and they fall out of both. The touch area is flaky. Charging is a mystery.

Bought these to replace my older generation AirPods. Unfortunately, the sound profile is harsh/sharp. I normally listen to YouTube videos throughout the day. But, now I can only listen for 30-45 minutes before my eardrums are irritated. The higher frequencies are elevated with no way to tune them down. The "S" and "T" sounds are emphasized in almost every video.
About the microphone, I asked friends how I sounded to them. They also said I sounded "close" or "harsh" and not natural.
I tried changing the headphone accessibility and hearing protection settings in my iPhone. But, none of the settings fixed the issue. I'm on the latest iOS. I did not have these issues with my older AirPods. Big thank you to BestBuy for understanding; and letting me return this item.

I bought the AirPods 4 and I’m very satisfied. The earbuds are lightweight and comfortable, sitting securely in the ears even during long wear. The battery life matches the description - about 5 hours without the case and around 30 hours with it. The sound is clear and spacious, with voices and melodies coming through especially well. They’re perfect for calls too - the other side hears me clearly without background noise.

The right AirPod started making a crackling sound. I took them in under warranty, but they repaired the left one instead. The right AirPod is still not working.
