Best Buy is a scam

After 2 agents, one a supervisor stated they would issue my replacement order they did not hold their word. They kept my money and never gave me my product.

I had that Apple AirPods third generation and they worked far far better than the new 4th generation! Wish I would’ve just kept my third generation ones!

Also it doesnt have the extra effect just plain regular headphones. I will be buying the 2nd generation in place of these!

air buds cant get it working right

Doesnt come with USBC charger

The experience is tainted once I realized these airpods require a special USBC type charger that is not common or usual for apple previous apple products. This shouldve atleast been mentioned broadly on the product page.

Absolutely Horrible
