    I’m pleased with my AirPods purchase from Best Buy. The sound quality is excellent for both music and phone calls, and they connected to my iPhone instantly with no issues. I also love how comfortable they are — I can wear them for long periods at work and while running errands without any discomfort.

    They are great but hurt after a while depending on the ear I’m guessing other than that they have a ok battery life and sound great but not as good as the 1st generation

    Ordered as a gift and the recipient is very much pleased with them overall. I requested next-day delivery and Best Buy failed me in this regard, so I will never do that again and I do not recommend using that feature if you truly need the item(s) by a certain day or time. 1 single star out of 5 stars is all that Best Buy gets in that regard. As the delivery process has nothing to do with the efficiency of the product itself, the AirPods 4 have earned 5 stars thusfar.
