The design isn't the best, nor is the sound. They don't sound as good as the Bose ones and hurt your ears if you wear them all day (normally). However, they're reliable and the calls sound incredibly good. They're practical and lightweight.

This is a very good product in a very good store for an excellent price, the best price in many others stores.

I like them a lot. I went from a generation two to this products. It took a second to adjust from the double tap to the click. Once I adjusted, it was no problem. I do find that this generation falls out of my ear often and the generation two did not.

Very easy to purchase, cashier was great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately.
