Best audio you can have for music comfort. Before I used to have the AirPod Pros and you can tell a major difference between the two audios. It’s a life changer and helps me relax and do stuff with the music I love.

a great deal at the door buster price. not much changed in the internals. the lightning port can be swapped for usb-c (youtube). sound is great. noise cancellation is great. love the spatial sound. if you can get one of these under $400 new. worth it. the usb-c conversion is $50 and less than an hour.

I would 100% buy these over again. The headphones have the most insane ANC that when i had first put them on i couldnt tell that certain things in my house were working, like the drain, the fan, etc. theyre very comfortable I usually get pain on my head from wearing over ear headphones but these give me zero trouble. I will say the only problem with these headphones is that you have to really enjoy music and have a appreciation for it to pay upwards of 500$ for headphones

I tried Open Box item for the first time and was really surprised, I would say they're 98% as good as new (of course it's on your luck too). The packaging was good, came in an official Airpods box with Best Buy tapes on the sides with Open Box logo. On the inside the Airpods looked almost new, except the headband had turned slightly yellow because the headphones were used for 15-20 days by the previous owner (disadvantage of getting white or bright colors). The warranty can also be checked on Apple's website and you'll probably get more than 11 months coverage. And of course about the Airpods: the sound quality is top notch especially when you have Apple Music and you turn on the lossless audio mode. At this price, I don't think any other headphones come close. Conclusion: For $100 off compared to buying a brand-new product the trade-off is very minimal, and I would highly recommend going for these, I mean logically you pay $400 for the new ones and you pay $300 for these which are almost as good as new, so why not?

Work properly they have good bass there good for my workouts

The most noticeable thing (besides the price tag), is the build quality. After taking off my Sony XM4s and putting these on, the build quality is excellent. They feel premium and they are comfortable (once you find the right spot on your head). The lack of an included cable was only frustrating for me because I use a Windows desktop for work and wanted to plug them in. Easy to just buy the cable. For anyone looking for true wireless, the lack of a cable is irrelevant. Sound quality is on par with Sony’s. I’m not an audiophile, but for me there’s a noticeable difference in the mids. Sounds less “muddy.” The Digital Crown is perfect, wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s easy and convenient, don’t have to hope you’re touching invisible touch buttons. I would highly recommend.

I’ve never owned a pair of headphones that feels so comfortable and fit so well. The sound quality is insane and makes me feel like I’m in my own world. 10/10 would recommend!

Initially, I was put off by the price. However, within an hour of putting these on my head, I didn’t want to ever take them off. I’m pretty sure if I leave them on in the shower it won’t be covered by AppleCare. The sound is epic. They’re pretty comfortable on my giant noggin and elephant ears. Unlike those I’ve had previously the Apple specific features like directional sound are pretty dadgum cool. The noise canceling works better than any I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve tested dozens of noise canceling headsets over the years. The ease of use is right up there against all Apple products with crown is easy to adjust for volume and command, and the other button can be conveniently assigned all in all I really don’t wanna take these off and still I must go take a shower. Wish me luck.

I absolutely LOVE these headphones, they’re by far the best overear headphones you can buy-especially if you own/use them with an Apple device. They’re absolutely top quality headphones that any audiophile would love and appreciate, and they’re also absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed, as all Apple products are. I love the range of colors available as well. One of the biggest, most stand out features of these aside from the excellent sound quality is their exceptional noise cancellation. These have THE best noise cancellation of any headphone on the market, regardless of price. No matter how loud and busy the world around you is, once you turn on noise canceling, it completely shuts the world out and lets you enjoy perfect silence or allows you to listen to your music or watch videos/movies without any background noise affecting and disturbing you. I also like the controls on the headphones themselves, as it’s very simple and intuitive. There’s a dedicated button just for the noise canceling and transparency modes as well as a small dial similar to what’s on Apple Watches that controls volume as well as play/pause, skip/next track and previous track, and also allows you to summon Siri as well as answer or decline and end calls (you also can do all call and text functions by voice, as well as Siri reading out incoming texts to you) these headphones also work with Apples spatial audio and head tracking, which can be turned on/off any time, but it unfortunately is a feature only available when used with an Apple device, and one other cool feature only available with Apple devices is the Find My feature, which allows you to be able to always see where your headphones are on a map in the event you lose them, so it helps make sure you’re never going to lose these and always be able to find them, which is an awesome feature.

really good, but they r more on heavy side n get uncomfy after wearing for long periods of times, the noise control is really good, the volume is really good, and they r pretty, but i dont recommend paying this much money for headphones. But i did and i love them so far.

I've had these for about a year, and they are so reliable. I've tried different brands of headphones but these not only sit comfortably on my head but also switch easily from device to device compared to others. I also do not have to worry about the band breaking when I sleep with it so thats a plus!

I love my Apple headphones I use them for the gym and for running they’ve lasted me so long and the noice cancellation is my favorite. I thank Best Buy for the opportunity to purchase these headphones.

In terms of sound quality they’re very good. Comfortably wise I will say I get a little tired of having them for a long time around my neck. Since I use them not often the battery life is very good so far.
