amazing noise cancelling headphones. great for long airplane rides and listening to music at home without anyone disturbing the peace.

I bought this amazing headphones for my daughter and she is very happy.

There are some things I don't like about the headset. 1) The ear cushions are sometimes uncomfortable. I was hoping it was a wear-in/break-in thing, but I now believe it's a permanent thing. 2) Updating firmware on this is not easy, but the update that was released shortly after I bought them was a general problem for everyone. 3) I was expecting better ANC but now realize that is an unfair expectation, as I'm comparing the Max headset with my in-ear AirPods Pro. They work well enough in an office environment, though. 4) There should be more color options (and less blingy or feminine colors). Even primary colors would better suffice than the current selection. 5) I'm not sure these offer a true $500+ headset experience...they seem to be overpriced. They don't feel as polished as I expected for $500+. 6) Battery life is not the greatest but disabling Find My (don't do this unless you're only using in an office or at home) helps a lot in lessening power consumption. This headset is definitely better than my Beats Studio Pros!

Awesome headphones. Sound is superb. Charging is super fast. The way it goes in the case is unique but fits in my bag better than other cases like my previous Beats. Love them. Got them for my kid as well. She hardly ever takes them off.

I got this for my daughter's birthday. She loves it and it is worth the hype and the price. Everything about this headphone is cool, and sleek. You can never go wrong with an investment like this, and yes it is ab investment.

These are good headphones. Just wished they were a hit cheaper but you know Apple.

I don’t know what’s going on with bestbuy recently. Bought two of these open box excellent AirPods Max which were supposed to look brand new but both came with stains and have about only 6 months warranty left. When connected to my iPhone 17 pro max by Bluetooth, the audio sometimes gets cut in and out when I’m using other apps. Not sure if it’s iPhone’s issue or the AirPods’.

Very good sound quality with noise cancellation. I love these headphones and glad that I bought them for my vacation. I highly recommend them.

I like the fact that they just effortlessly move from one apple device to the next.
