Noise cancellation works better on AirPod pros. However I do like wearing them for phone calls and while cleaning. Not sure how comfortable they would be for running and working out.

I find the noise canceling much less annoying than my old Bose ones. My only issue with them is that everyone else in the house likes them as well and they seem to go missing sometimes...

I went to the gym a few times and there was a lot of moisture building in the headphones. After a few more visits I’m sure the inside components would have eventually failed. Other than that there great, stays on head with intense movement and the noise cancellation is just incredible.
