First pair kept cutting out. He returned them. Easy return no issues. Replaced with a second pair. So far there’s been no issues.

Apple hasn’t let me down once

I normally use my AirPod Pro’s while I’m moving around or working out. Using these are a lot better than I expected them to be. Outside of the cost, no real complaints but again you get what you pay for!!!

The battery life is actually impressive despite contrary reviews. I would say take care of your sleep case because it costs a fortune to replace them
