The perfect headphones ever. My ears are too small; therefore, AirPods does not fit in my ears. Theses headphones are amazing and fit over my head/ears perfectly.

Good - got as a present and not sure they are worth the expense. But very cute and great sound, just could probably get cheaper options that are just as good.

My 2nd pair of these headphones in last 3-4years. Great sound and features. Lose one star for price and hoops you need to jump through for technical support. Not sure I would get them again unless I can catch them on sale.

Only issue i had was i tried buying an open box one but it wa still paired to a device the store didnt honor and i had to pay more and buy new

Noise canceling works really well ,sounds really clear and clean ,fits very comfortable and easy to travel with

The color is not as vibrant as the photos but still gorgeous. The sound quality is better than the first gen and so is the microphone. Worth the upgrade.

I don’t know what’s going on with bestbuy recently. Bought two of these open box excellent AirPods Max which were supposed to look brand new but both came with stains and have about only 6 months warranty left. When connected to my iPhone 17 pro max by Bluetooth, the audio sometimes gets cut in and out when I’m using other apps. Not sure if it’s iPhone’s issue or the AirPods’.
