Sounds Equality sucks for call. For the price these are

Do not buy REFURBISHED AIRPOD MAX. Why? 1. Most of them are still linked to someone iCloud account. 2. AirPod Max has engineering flaw - Water condensation inside the earphones 3. It will give you a lot of headaches when you go to Apple and ask for a REPAIR despite being under 1 yr warranty.

Sound wasn’t as expected, better off buying another brand for the price

my back request is for the store i get fits the used one that i can’t use because was login to the account to the prior owner and have to came back to store to get other one and happen the same problem i have to pay 4 taxis goin to the store at broadway and the store personal was very rude ann make wait a long time then have to pay difference to get the new ones because a the used one said was inspected but they not bacause still on the account of prior owner

Best Buy never delivered product and charged me for product I don’t have. It is big mess.looks like fraud to me. They sell something they don’t have and don’t delivered product and then cancelled replacement without permission and do not want refund money

Really not comfortable. I wish I could return them.

Got these on sale for $400, but after about an hour of wearing them it made my ears sweat, the area above my ears hurt (I did stretch them out as shown on reddit, which did improve the feeling, but would still be too tight over time). On top of that, theyre absolutely horrible to travel with. Honestly, I don’t think theyre worth it, even on sale. Get the airpods pro instead, that is truely a great product.

Had to return these because there was a buzzing sound. Did not live up to the hype.

ANC not working on brand new Airpods Max unit, product examined by the Apple store, and it just came out the box with this issue, this shouldn't happen with premium products.

I so wanted to like these but the sound degrades after time to a muffle.

They have an ongoing issue where if you shake your head or touch the headphones, they lose connection for a few seconds. I was so exited to have them, but after dealing with this issue, I returned them the next day. It’s a common issue with apple they have yet to fix. Prepare to deal with disconnection every 2 minutes. Don’t recommend buying them until apple comes out with a fix

I tried these for a couple days and could never get used to the weight. They just weren't comfortable.

broke after three months. when you turn your head they disconnect

Headphones are not worth the price tag. Most headphones in the $200 range will be equal if not better than these. Also fall off your head during certain activites .

Overall experience & color available is not the best, I plan on returning I have been busy.

Too heavy / Too expensive / Noise Cancelling Tech is old / Does not support LDAC and LHDC / The case is too big / No foldability.

Poor Noise Cancellation feature! I’m returning to Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. Shame on Apple!

Horrible! No equalizer unless you use Apple Music. On phone calls, the other person says I sound horrible. Not what I expected for a $500 pair of headphones. Returned them and got another brand. I’m very happy with the new pair.
