I am very pleased with the fit and the sound. I’m still not totally fluent with the way they are controlled. Wish they came with better instructions

Having been using Bose Ear Pods and could not get them to stay in place while working out. So, recently purchased AirPods Pro and they fit me perfectly! Additional surprise was it announces the phone calls and reads my new messages, appointments etc. so, bottom line is that I am very pleased with my purchase at Best Buy.

Switched to Iphone, so I had to do my research with air pods. I always used different ear pod types without the clips and they would always fall out of my ear. These though, for some reason, won't fall out of my ears. Great set of air pods, even for my first set. I see why everyone enjoys air pods, especially pro.

I liked these way more than I thought I would. I was not expecting to like them more than my large noise cancelling headphones, until I realized how much space I could save in my luggage. Great sound quality, you can track their location so you don't lose them, and they don't fall as easily as I thought they would.

I was very skeptical buying a purported high-end audio product from a non-traditional manufacturer of high-end audio products. I understand that Apple engineers solid technology products, and obviously pioneered the transition to pocket-sized digital audio devices and thus had experience with DACs and sound in general, but playback devices, and earbuds at that, are a tricky space to compete. Though I still prefer over-ear headphones for any serious sound design/editing work, I am genuinely impressed by the AirPods Pro after having used them for a couple weeks now. The effectiveness of the active noise cancelling totally demands that you get a good seal once the buds are in your ears. For me personally, I may need to buy aftermarket ear tips to get a more snug fit (tiny ear canals) but even with the provided ear tips (small, medium, large) I am finding the noise cancellation to be very effective. Pair that with solid low end and mid performance, and Dolby Atmos ("spatial audio") support and these things are winners so far. As much as some of us Windows/Android heads might hate to admit it, the forbidden fruit is quite adept at creating high-quality, easy to use products, after all :)

Best wireless earbuds I have had, had avoided them because of “mainstream” and “popularity” but decided to get them after my pair of Beats broke after only four months. These are way better, more comfortable, and easier to use. My only gripe is the lack of volume control on the earbuds themselves, but it is not a dealbreaker by any means.

I’m upgrading from a regular airpods and the pros are a huge improvement and worth the price increase. The noise blocking is strong and calls come in crystal clear. The only negative would probably be the battery life as it lasts about 5 hours. The item’s a must have if you’re in the apple ecosystem as switching between devices are a cinch.

Overall the airpod pros are good earbuds, I was surprised they fit my weird shaped ears lol. Only problem i’ve had with them is that the case dies pretty dang fast but also charges the airpods pretty fast as well. The airpods themselves last about 4-5 hours off of one charge.

They lasted a year then the right one stopped working. It just wouldn’t charge. They were good quality up until they stopped being good. It’s weird when my AirPods gen 1 started working for a similar reason except the right one became muffled but at least still worked. These just ended up just being unusable when other cheaper wireless earbuds I’ve had lasted over 5-6 years without any flaws. These should’ve lasted longer for how much they are.

I use them everywhere they are so convenient. I dont pick up a call without uaing my airpods!

Bought 3 of these. One fir me, one for my son and one for my step son. We all loved them

W headphones, perfect if you exercise and you sweat a lot like me!
