My only complaint is that, occasionally, only one connects when I put in ears and it can be a tedious process to get both going. Sound comes through great and noise cancellation ok

Disappointing for an Apple Product

My right ear bud failed on the statics and sound test I had to do at an Apple Store and because my warrant was only for a year they wanted to charge me $89 for one earbud only. So now I only have the left one working and the noise canceling is going on and off, and I took good care of them. Apple said they are “electronics” so they will fail. They last exactly 1 year and 5 months. My first generation AirPods are better than this one because they still work, only their battery life that sucks right now.
