had to purchase new as my original airpod pros 1st edition finally died - 6 years strong. These work just like the 1st ones with what seems like longer battery life.

As an owner of the AirPods Max and a former owner of the AirPods Pro gen 1, I would 100% recommend this new generation. The noise cancellation is superior to the gen 1, but slightly behind the Maxes because they are in-ear instead of over-ear. If you want the maxes, I would get them, but it depends on your activities. I have noticed recently how good the sound quality is. AirPods Pro 2 are ideal because they are small, discrete, and light weight. You can slip them in your pocket or place just one in your ear. They are also very useful and comfortable to use while working out,

These are the absolute best set of ear buds I have ever bought. The sound if perfect and the noise canceling is excellent. I would definitely buy again and I would suggest to anyone buying these that they are awesome. The reason for the 4 rating is that I bought them pre-owned and one of the earbuds is saying that they do not belong and I can't get them to connect to Find My in my iCloud. I will probably have to go to Apple to get them to re-sync my AirPods. So bottom line great AirPods but next time, I would just buy them new.

Very good product. Sounds great and noice cancellation is good. I did notice that after a year of use it started to have some weird connectivity issues. Sometimes only 1 would connect so i would have to turn off then on the bluetooth.
