Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.its about the same as the old gen but it does have a good change to its sound quality a little more open the bass hits harder as well and it fits nice. the features are very ease of life with the scroll for volume on the stem. and the better noise cancelation is good not completely silent but i dont expect that but it is really good. these i can recommend they are solid

The best earbuds you can get

I had the AirPod Pro Gen 1, and these are a HUGE upgrade from them. Also, when iOS 17 comes out, the AirPod Pro 2 will get new firmware that unlocks a ton of new features. You'll get Adaptive Noise Cancelation, Conversation Boost, and more. Those new features are only available on the AirPod Pro 2 (as of this review). If you are on the fence, don't be, these are amazing.

GREAT. But NOT a full upgrade

But if your just bought the first gen, don't upgrade unless you're going to return them. Pros - Noise cancelling is better - Bass is definitely deeper, more oomph - Volume control on the actual ear buds nice touch - Apple Watch charger charging is a nice addition - Speaker on the case is great for find my Cons - "Adaptive Transparency" is a JOKE. I have been in many situations for this to work and it never did - sound quality is definitely close to the first gen, might not be worth the upgrade - same delicate case that gets covered in scratches from the onset - been having some connectivity issues, it lags when I open the case and place them in my ear All in all I've had the first gens since they released. They've been beat up and worn down so the upgrade was nice for me. BUT THIS UPDATE IS NOT LIFE ALTERING lol

Light, Beaty and expensive

But the battery life isn’t anything impressive and most of the advanced features require both of them in to use.sound quality is good. And they way so little you forget they are in your ear.
