The range and bass response are better than you'd expect, but if music is the primary purpose for looking at these, there are better options out there, but for everyday use and flexibility for different uses, these Air Pods are a good option.

Best Headphones Out There

I have gone to concerts before and I’ve felt that the music is a little to loud to enjoy, I pop my headphones in with the noise canceling and i can then enjoy the music without my eardrums suffering.

Seems “okay” so far…

The are intuitive, have a feature to test the fit, and pause when I remove one. I purchased hooks to keep them in my ears but using the hooks is cumbersome and prevents quick insertion to the charging case so I don’t use them for brief use unless I know I’ll be using the units for long wear. I like that they offer varying degrees of transparency. I haven’t quite figured out the controls other than volume, but I think once I get it all down I’ll be happier. I believe one of my ears is bigger than the over, so it’s possible that a person may need to use different size pads in either ear for a custom fit. This may assist with my issue of the right AirPod falling out frequently.
