The prices of these are always lower and on sale, and the quality of sound is amazing, along with the noise cancellation and transparency mode. You can really tailor your listening experience to whichever way you desire. My go to for the gym as well, if earbuds are your thing for working out.

Worth the upgrade

I’m coming from the old ones and this is so much better. Better noise cancellation better battery better transparency mode and a better case. All and better audio quality. If you’re on the fence I’d just get it, it is the best earphones if you have an Apple device.

I love using my AirPods for work!

I tune pianos for a living which can expose me to dangerous sound levels. Using these keeps the sound at a safe level without significantly affecting frequency response like ear plugs would.

These are my first, so I can’t compare to the previous model. I am very pleased with them. The sound is great, the noise canceling is decent for in ear buds, and the transparency mode is helpful! The sound quality is really good, especially when listening to songs in Dolby Atmos on Apple Music. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for AirPods. Buy a case protector ASAP, because it scratches easily. If you don’t care about all that though, then don’t worry about it. I purchased AppleCare+ just in case! So far, no complaints. Remember to put them in and twist them forward a bit. They’re supposed to be adjusted once they’re in your ear. If you just put them in straight, they will fall off and they might hurt after a bit.

I’ve had several different brands of Bluetooth headphones but none compare to these. The sound is good, but what I like most is how well they pair with my phone. Other Bluetooth headphones have trouble pairing sometimes, but these work flawlessly with my iPhone which is to be expected. My only knock on them is they kind of hurt my ears after around an hour of wearing them.
