Premium quality. Noise cancelling is awesome, bass too.

If you've used the 1st gen and liked them, you will love these for three reasons 1) noise cancelling is markedly better 2) range and depth of audio is noticeably better 3) most importantly they connect much faster to your device/vehicle and hand off between devised much better. You won't be disappointed. One of apple best products!

I will not buy another in ear headphone except these ones. I love everything that these have to offer from the outstanding noise cancellation to the different sized ear pieces it has something for all. I left mine when traveling and just went and bought another pair because I could live with out them.

They worked great, the active noise cancellation is noticeable better then the 1st generation and I was very satisfied with the ease of purchase from the Best Buy app.

Complete step up from the original AirPod Pro's. Everything from the battery to the actual noise cancellation was changed. Apple really pulled through on this one with the 6 hour battery life per charge and up to 30 hour battery life in total. The noise cancellation is a absolute difference if you've had both pro's. If you are getting these for someone the original pro's at (about) $179 (depending on if there's a sale or not), are a great deal but whether or not the new ones are on sale they are an entire step up from the old ones

Some minor glitches and they are brand new. The ear bud will stay connected even after I place it back in the case. I tried to make a call and I would not hear the person. I finally looked at my phone during the call after calling a third time and the call was still connected with my earbud which was completely engaged and sitting in my case. I finally had to go into settings and disconnect with my iPhone 14 pro max. Pretty good sound but a bit disappointed. Light and super convenient. Purchased a silicone case right away to protect. I will exchange soon if I experience additional issues.

After losing my old air pods, I tried a whole bunch of various ear buds hoping to find a great set of ear buds at a lower price point. I was always disappointed. I finally broke down and bought my Apple AirPods Pro and never looked back. They are awesome and totally worth the extra money!

Excellent travel headphones, as They fit anywhere in my bag. Noise cancellation and noise reduction as you speak is great. It adapts to your surroundings pretty quick making your phone calls to be smooth. Great music and videos noise.

I bought my new AirPods Pro 2 over Thanksgiving break, and I swear, they never stop surprising me! The noise cancellation is excellent, the transparency mode sounds way too close to real life, and the sound quality is top notch. (Side note: I am not an audiophile.) I haven't had the chance to try out Adaptive Transparency yet, but since I'm blind, I'm glad it's there since my ears are the only thing I've got. My purchasing experience was just as good! Andy was so knowledgeable about everything Apple, and I could tell he appreciated what he was doing! Well done! Definitely recommended for iPhone users!

Better than gen 1… better bass and noise cancellation

Use these every day. It’s hard to find a EarPod that stays in my ear, this generation has no issues even with HIIT training!

Love my AirPods! I can use them on my personal and work laptops instead of corded headphones. Use for when I workout, streaming while in the car or on planes, and etc. Definitely recommend

These are great alternatives to overhead headphones in case you still want that noise cancellation but don’t want big ear muffs while walking to class, downtown, or simply taking public transportation. I like how easy it is to switch the noise cancellation on and off.
