Quality product, really love the transparency feature as I can have my headphones in at my desk and still have conversations with my colleagues. Sound quality is good too for when you want to use the noise cancellation and crank up the tunes.

Fantastic product. Sound is great and the functions like sound canceling and pass through are excellent. My only real complaint are the magnets but I work with lots of metal dust so it make the case extremely dirty so thats a problem unique to my situation.

I was an AirPod denier, at first. I've used a multitude of earbuds from listening to talking to others, and the noise cancelling and the mic clarity alone make these a great choice! The only real issue is the battery life,

So, I love these. After having the 1st Gen for a couple years I must say that these guys had some major improvement in the noise cancelling. I never leave home without them, they work wonders in shopping areas. The sound is basically the same, and they do have some glitches. Hoping on a firmware update. I do love the extended battery life, I think I average around 5 hours of play time with noise cancelling and head tracking on. I love the lanyard holder and the little chime that lets you know that they’re charging. It’s the little things…you know?

Apple just always seems to impress me. Perfect amount of features delivered in a quality product. Noise cancelling is awesome…highly recommend you play with the options available on the iPhone to tweak performance

Easy to use and connect to devices, charge holds many hours

I was looking to upgrade my original AirPods, and after researching the new options available, I bought the AirPods Pro. They are absolutely fantastic! Easy set up, right out of the box, noise cancelling is stellar, and much better than I expected!!

Noise cancelling isn’t as good as expected but overall the sound is great with great bass. Battery life is exceptionally good.

The hype is real- these are WAY better than the 1st gen Pros, which I gave to my son after a few months, and was happier with my $50 Soundpeats. I heard someone describe the sound as "More real than real," and that's accurate. Transparency mode is a trip, and I walked around with them in and just listened, and the best way to explain is that it takes the audible "noise" out of the environment, and what you hear is more clear and nuanced. Add in the spatial effects, and it's a really great way to enjoy your audio. These really are superior earbuds :)

The noise cancellation on the pro 2nd generation are awesome. Apple improved the noise cancellation of the airpod pro 2nd generation to the airpod pro 1st Generation. It’s possible the noise cancellation are even better than the Airpod Max.

I’ve never had airpods but I’ve always wanted some since they came out with the Gen 1s, the Gen 2 pros are truly amazing for someone that hasn’t had AirPods, highly recommend getting them when they go on sale or whenever possible. Apple didn’t disappoint with the Gen 2 Pros.

AirPods are clear and sound is great. Calls and music are great.

I honestly didn’t think I needed these until I finally got them. And I only got them because I needed new headsets (or earphones) for work, but I also didn’t want to spend that much money for the AirPod Max. The moment I tried these on for the first time, the audio quality blew my mind. It took about two weeks getting used to them because they hurt my ears regardless of earplug size. Once I finally broke into them, I could wear them comfortably for hours. The adaptive transparency feature is definitely something you don’t think you need until you finally use it. There are plenty of articles online explaining all of their features, so I’m not going to deep dive into that. I will say, connecting to a Mac is seamless, I love that it recognizes when I pull them out and pauses streaming music/videos. I use them during zoom meetings at work, and my audio (and voice) is always clear. Coworkers can’t even hear my background noise. Battery life for the earphone could use some improvement, but from what I’ve been reading, using transparency or noise canceling causes it to drain faster. Note to those who use Logitech MX keys and mouse. You’ll need to use the unifying receiver with the peripherals because these AirPods don’t play nice with other Bluetooth devices (too much interference). My coworkers said my voice sounded robotic like a transformer during my zoom meetings. The only solution was to switch those peripherals from Bluetooth to unifying USB receiver, which was a bummer because I didn’t want to use up two USB ports. Other than that, I 100% recommend these if you don’t mind spending that much. Bonus, you can typically find coupon codes on honey and apply them to your Best Buy purchases to get a discount IF you use a Best Buy credit card.

I would highly recommend this product. The noise cancellation is amazing which helps me with study hour. The ability to answer phone calls and listen to crystal clear music. These are it guys !!!

These ear buds are awesome! I Love that you can select noise canceling with ease from your phone app! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! I also purchased a pair for my wife and she absolutely loves hers too! The sound quality is amazing!

Love my AirPod pro. I love the quality and the way it blocks out the surrounding noise had a lot of nice features, still trying to figure them out still.

Love them! The sound quality is fantastic but my favorite feature is the active noise cancelling. I sleep with them so I don’t have to hear my husband snoring. :D

I love these. Ive had every apple headphone. At the end of the day, to keep this brief, you notice a diffwrence. Noise cancellation is way better sound quality is still excellent and finely enhanced.. but you forget very quickly. You stop using your old airpods and you start wondering if it really was an upgrade because you are no longer comparing. Still below par for over ear headphones on sound quality and noise cancellation but great for in ear. Way more confortable. Maybe save the $250 for a down payment on some nicer over ear ones
