Great sound quality and noise cancellation

Sound quality and noise cancellation is excellent. However, the ear buds get loose quite with sweat often as I mainly use them when I'm excercising. I've tried all the different size inserts but the M size still fits best and I have to angle the ear buds in a certain orientation for them to stay in my ears for a longer period of time.
