I bought these taking “refurbished excellent” to mean “almost new” or “just like new” - i did not realize that these cannot be registered with “find my” app because the parts do not match blah, blah. Had i known this to be the case i would not have bothered because now i can’t play a sound on the airpods if i misplace them because i can’t register them. There should have been a warning stating that this was the case. I am so mad and disappointed that this is what best buy regards as “excellent” - it’s BuLL!
