It has pretty low quality of ANC and the pass-through audio sounds mechanical. Quality while is great and rugged; it's a bit more uncomfortable vs the older Pro. I tried the live translation but it's not very dependable. Service and process of buying at BestBuy was the only plus for this purchase.
