Great Sound, Painful Fit

The ANC and sound are noticeably better than the Pro 2. However, the fit sucks. I can jam them in my ear holes, but it's painful. The previous version had a softer tip, and I had no problem with fit or comfort, but these just plain hurt. Secondly, they don't stay in my ears. I find myself CONSTANTLY readjusting them in my ears to keep them in. Just after a couple minutes, they start to slide out, and I look like I have little white antennas attached to my head. Hopefully I can find some 3rd party tips that are more comfortable and that will keep these things in my ears. Honestly, I would have returned them and kept using my Pro2s, but I missed the return window.

Their only perks are sound quality and voice features integrated with Apple products. If another headset could perform with Siri, even if it was just as poorly as these, that would likely be my choice.

Still have a few new functions to test

Still exploring newer functions (e.g., heart rate monitoring). Not sure if it's the included charger or the Journey 3-in-1 charger that I recently purchased but they don't charge when placed in the Journey charging dock.
