Decent upgrade

Glad I Upgraded

The ear tips are not comfortable or even properly. I am not the only one to have this issue. I gave 4 stars because of this. I solved by ordering some tips on line that are much better and fulfill my needs.

Removable inserts

I’ve tried small, medium and large ones on the earbud, but none of them really fit securely and snuggly in my ear. That’s my only complaint about the product.
