Eliminated so much frustration

No more catching the cord with my arm while trying to run! I like being able to walk away from my phone to continue doing other tasks while talking.

Love it as Wireless!

These are great "throw it on" earphones for running errands or even enough for a light workout at the gym! Would recommend - slight problem cutting in and out at first... also very sensitive to water which is why I don't recommend wearing to a heavy workout where you'll sweat. Other than that, great buy for casual times!

Connects to any Bluetooth device. I recommend it. Do not be confused, gen 1 only connects to apple devices, gen 2 will connect to any Bluetooth.

But the new AirPods are about user-friendliness and convenience -- and user-friendly and convenient they are!

With the AirPods, syncing the Bluetooth connection is almost automatic- just a tap of a button if changing apple devices, otherwise it remembers the last device and connects automatically. I deal with it, but I wish the ear pieces had a soft feel to them, as sometimes my ear hurts.
