    The ear pods are great, the sales person was very helpful with the return/exchange of the first pair of pods that looked to be an 'open box" which is not what we purchased. The process was easy and smooth for the new ear pods and I picked up the new ear pods about a week later.

    Overall it’s a great product, but the noise canceling I’m not see a big difference comparing with the old one, and sometimes there’s a hissing sound when I stay in a quiet place… the quality of the sound increases notably. Great job.
