    Completes my home network

I've used Airport Extremes and Airport Expresses for years and now with the addition of this Airport Time Capsule 2TB Wireless Hardrive I have a complete wireless home network with plenty of data storage for our family needs. In fact more than enough storage for the foreseeable future. I'm a bit biased, but my Apple wireless network is perfect for my needs and extremely maintenance free. It doesn't hurt that it is also esthetically pleasing to look at.

After crashing my laptop and having to buy a new one I invest in the Airport Time Capsule... I forgot to back up my last computer and lost tons... with this it automatically does it for me! The router is LIGHTENING fast and I can use it as a separate hard drive. This was a great investment!

    Much better than the original

My old 1TB Time Capsule finally bit the dust. Had it for seven years. It suffered from overheating, but being a EE, I removed the internal power supply and added a fan. That's how it lasted for 7 years instead of 1 year. Anyway, I looked hard at a Drobo 5N as a NAS replacement, but this new version of the Time Capsule gives me 2TB of storage plus WiFi, for less than half of a Drobo 5N with 2 TB. Installation was a snap and I like the fact that it is much cooler running than the original Time Capsule. For reference, I paid $499 for the original 1 TB Time Capsule. The new one has twice the capacity for half the price.

This was super easy to set up. Just plug in and it located my existing network. I was backing up and extending my wifi in minutes. Love the shape, takes up less table space then previous models.

this is our 3rd apple airport within 10 years. one at my parents home w/time capsule, an older model just the base no capsule, and the newer 2tb capsule. It's the only router we've owned, and I think we'll keep it that way. Haven't been let down yet. Great product, no issues with any of them.

I love the Airport Time Capsule. It allows you to set up an extra WiFi for when guests come over so your documents remain secure. It is also a good way to share files even across a Desktop!

Rock solid stable, no option to configure.

Been in use for several month already - not a single connection drop, no countless reboots and resets, nothing like it was with previously installed number of Linksys routers. The only setback is typical Apple's lack of configurable and customizable features. Perfect for basic household use, though.

    Apple Airport

This replaces an older Airport that lasted about 10 years. I will say that they work great but when they decide to die, they do an awesome job of it. It was either the Apple iMac goes or the Time Machine, so you don't lose your data thankfully. I like the Airport and have wifi all over the house.

I purchased this after reading reviews online. I needed a back up for my MacBook Pro. After talking with customer service I was able to set it up without much trouble. It is very convenient to have the Wi-Fi and back up on the same unit. It automatically backs up your work as you go along.

Needed a solution to increase the speed of of my internet connection when streaming video on my Google TV. The Airport Time Capsule works great with my Verizon Fios Quantum 150/65 blazing speeds. Whats more amazing is the backwards compatibility, my laptop only support 8.02011n.

This thing runs everything flawlessly. 3 tvs, 3 iPads, 2 iPhones, Apple TV, 2 bluray players, Mac mini, and a windows PC. I can run Netflix in 3 different rooms without problem. It's a great router and backup drive. Backups are easy and wireless. Well worth the extra $$$.
