Easy setup, great performance, solid product, love Apple

First exposure to the Mac time capsule and was a little concerned about setting it up properly. It couldn't have been easier and now I rest easy that all my Apple products are safely backed up automatically!

Easy setup, WiFi signal strength is very very strong plus everyone having a Mac now everything has a single backup device. Expensive for a WiFi base and backup device, seems to be worth the price.

The only tedious thing about this is the initial backup, which is expected. After that, you will easily forget about it. It's quiet, backs up in the background while I'm working on my Mac, and outputs exceptionally fast wifi. Just wish it was cheaper. But, like all of Apple products, you're paying for ease of use and style points.

if you're on the fence, buy it. I had an AirPort Express, nothing wrong with it, but wanted the wireless time capsule for backup. My download speed test before was 30mbps. After hooking this up, my wireless download is averaging at 64 Mbps! Wow! Plus I can use my old AirPort as a range extender if needed. Highly recommend!

When i decided to give up on PC's, I went all out. I took this device from the box, plugged it in and followed a few commands and everthing just worked. Its now 4,months since I plugged it in and I have never had to touch it or reset it. Love it.

I got this to backup my new macbook pro and it works great. Backup with power nap is a great feature. I am not using it as a router, just as an access point. It is nice to have 5GHz since all the neighbors drown the 2.4GHz spectrum. Wireless AC is fast although I have not really benchmarked the hard drive speed, I just use it for backup and with timecapsule, it is transparent; I don't even know that it is backing up so I never paid attention to how long it takes. I tried setting up LACP LAG using dual gigabit cables using a Netgear GS801T and it did not work. I blame the switch and not the Airport extreme although I found very very little mention of LACP support mentioned anywhere on apples website (or anywhere else for that matter)

This beauty replaces a LinkSys router as my internet gateway. I already had a 3TB external drive attached to my iMac, I simply switched the connection to the new router and I now have 5TB of network storage. There are 3 Macs in the house so everyone can back up to the same place. Performance as a wireless hub and internet gateway is far superior to my LinkSys. The only drawback is in setting up the thing to replace the existing gateway ... it took a few attempts to get it right.

The Airport Time Capsule was easy to set up and the size is good, taking up minimal space. Back up for multiple computers is continuous and easily accessed. WiFi is fast and accessible throughout the house.

The best time capsule yet. The design and performance are the best i've tested. Its very easy to use and set up. The range for the wireless is very good.

This has not only been great for increased speed of my internet, but I LOVE this because backing up my computer is a breeze! I don't even have to think about it! It just does it automatically when I'm connected to the TimeCapsule with my charger plugged in. No more external hard drives! Highly recommend!

I bought a new iMac and already had an iPad but my Fios router/wifi unit did not have a signal throughout the house. The new AirPort Time Capsule has solved that problem and I also now have a back up system that is way beyond my personal needs with the 2TB hard drive. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Super excited I chose to get the airport. It is expensive compared to getting an external and wireless separate or the other companies that make them together. But teninternet speed is fast, automatic time machine is a life saver, and the design of it is just nice. Would by it all over again if had to.

This is so easy to set up for Mac users. Not bad for others. Good performance. Great backup system for Macs.

I bought this so I can access my iMac from my laptop, for time machine backups and for our WiFi. I haven't heard that anyone is having trouble being on the internet since we got the TC. We have three to four people accessing the internet at one time and now no one has lag time. The storage is a bonus.

I bought this to improve my wireless signal at home and back up all my Apple devices. It took me about 5 minutes to setup and I saw an immediate improvement to my wifi over my old router.

Added this to the AT&T Uverse wireless router. This immensely expanded the range and reliability of our wireless coverage. Easy install and set up.

This is a great device for wi fi. It is easy to set up and has a good range. However I still have to use an extender for the farthest room.

Great product increased rang and with the addition of a hard drive for backup it hooked up to my modem without a hitch and all computers,tablets and phones hooked up easily.
