Well I have windows pc and it took me a while to configure it. It took me 10 minutes more or less. After the installation it works really well. As they say, you get what you pay for. At this price it must work well and it did. Very grateful. I would recommend it. In my place it reaches over 00ft from the top floor all the way to the bottom floor. It's a good apple wifi with a hard drive. Oh and that Is another thing, I can store files and open them up on another pc. I just have to map the network drive and I get to use them. Very nice. Nice tower design too.

Works just like it is supposed to. The first backup takes quite a while, then followon updates are unnoticaeable for the most part.

Did exactly what I needed it to do and connected to internet providers system quickly. Very easy to install and reaches all areas of the house without signal loss or speed. Apple continues to win me over, plus I get 2 TB of storage.

I had been using an apple extreme router with my Comcast cable modem. Comcast upgraded the modem to a combination modem/wireless router. the device is made by Cisco. I had continued problems with it, the signal would drop, the connection was erratic. Rather than go back to their modem, I bought my own Arris modem and decided I needed batter back up, so I got the time capsule. The connection is so much better. It doesn't drop the signal and is fast. In the meantime, my data is constantly being backed up. I wonder now why i didn't buy this earlier!

We were told when we purchased the computer that the airport was all we'd need and we weren't aware that it was so expensive but it's been great.

I needed extra storage space since the MacBook I purchased had limited amount of storage. The Apple Airport Time Capsule backs up my MacBook automatically - love it! Also, I am now using this router to get on the internet and it is amazingly fast.

I bought this to use to backup my MacBook Pro before dropping if off to be repaired at the Apple store. I didn't need any of the other features it offered although they were nice options that other devices didn't have. I backed up my complete MacBook , sent it off for repair and restored it back with no issues. Since then it's performed backups on a regular basis as expected. The only issue I've noticed is the periodic lost of network connectivity with the light going from green to amber. I haven't really looked into what might be causing it yet, I take the easy way out and power cycle it which forces it to re-connect and all is fine again for a while. I also set up other family MacBooks to backup to this unit with no issues.

I have gone through 25-30 pc based wireless routers at my business where we offer free wifi. They are all designed to remember the user to make a quicker handshake connection....problem being they only can handle max 20-30 devices and everyone has a smart phone or iPad etc and have to unplug to clear old devices even though supposed to forget IP addresses. Mac just works and year later still can handle 50+ ups and not freeze up like pc. Att doesn't have business grade equipment and can spend $2500 on business grade equipment. Macs just work!

Looks great. Easy to use. Fast. New form factor takes up less desk space but is taller than before. This Wifi base station doubles as a backup device. Use to set-up a new WiFi network or bridge to existing Apple Airport network. Has ports to connect additional external USB2 hard drive as well as a USB printer to use over WiFi if you don't already have a WiFi printer.
