After hastling with lower priced hard drive backups and routers with continuous problems, I finally purchased Apple's Airpot Time Capsule and all of my problems are gone. What a great product.

Simple solution to a failing router. Easy to install. A bit overpriced but a simple & elegant solution.

This is a must have for any Mac user. backs up your devices and can also hook up an external hard drive to share files through all the devices. Not to mention this is great with use of apple tv.

After looking at several external hard drives and routers, and being sick and tired of all the cords/cables/multiple systems, my research brought me to the new Apple Time Capsule 2TB Router/External Hard drive. As Apple does better than anyone else, the ease of setting up this system was a piece of cake. It worked right out of the box as promised and is completely wireless! My new iMac loves the ease of backing up through the Time Machine settings. Great system and worth the price!

Setup was easy as anticipated and the range is better than before. Beats the old router hands down

I am very satisfied with the Air port time capsule. its clean look and small size helps make my desk appear organized. Its nice to know my photos and documents are all being backed regularly.

The signal from the AirPort Time Capsule is fast and strong. The Time Machine backups are reliable and convenient.

not only do i have a whole bunch of hard drive space to save stuff, the fact that i can access it remotely is the cherry on top. plus as a router, it hasn't let me down yet. very powerful device.

I updated my Airport Time Capsule to get more memory and better WiFi connection. The update process was easy with Apple provided tools. The new form factor is also convenient.

I replaced prior Time Capsule due to router function failure (out of warranty) and I like this tower style design better because it has sa smaller footprint and better wireless reception.

I disabled the WiFi and routing and just attach this to my home network to backup a few Mac machines (4) to. It satisfies that requirement easily and is simple to use.

Had a 3rd generation airport express that didn't disperse the signal all throughout the house. I ended up trying to extend it with another first generation express my buddy gave me and that did an ok job. My son used to always unplug it and it eventually died. Got the time capsule and was planning on using the 3rd gen express as an extender. Found out that the time capsule did the job all by itself, even in our balcony where we never had a signal. Extremely happy!

Great router with hard drive built in. Super strong signal throughout house. Easy set up.

I am happy with the product. I bought it to upgrade my wireless speed and turned off my ATT home gateway's wireless. The added benefit of having the regular wireless backup for our Mac was worth it. I needed a new backup disk anyway! It did not have any problem working with the ATT system in "pass through" mode. The ATT gateway still gives out the IP addresses, the Time Capsule acts as the wireless access point and of course the wireless disk access.

I had a Belkin router, but it didnt seem to always work well with my Apple computers and iphones, and airplay. once I installed the Airport time capsule......everything worked as it should.

Excellent performance overall. Improved WiFi range. Faster downloads. Very easy set up. Up and running in 3 min.

Works as described and syncs up very well when connected to other Apple products. I created an entire home network with multiple access points by using this as well as an AirPort Extreme.
