The item worked as advertised. It connected to the network easily and is providing backup for 2 computers on the network.

Have had this item for over a year now and still runs great use it all day everyday! Great Apple product

Apple airport an time machine device is great. Fast network performance with easy mac backup. These are expensive but worth the price.

I bought this to replace an older Airport Extreme. We back up our MacBook Airs and an iMac to the Time Capsule wirelessly using the Time Machine program. I've set up the Extreme as an extender. My only complaint - it took a while to figure out the best way to swap out the Extreme for this Time Capsule without redoing all the settings. It's very straightforward once you find the right YouTube video. Apple should really include instructions or at least a link to online documents.

I bought this unit knowing full well it probably was not going to be robust or reliable enough to meet my needs, as Apple has never impressed me from the networking side. There's always some little flake that makes using it consistently and confidently troublesome. In this case, breeze to set up...good, fast storage...but if you have an AC channel and an N channel, the N channel will constantly fail...eventually, I had to put everyone on the 5ghz channel as, for some reason, it seemed to stay up. I know there are probably interference reasons why, but this product is pedaled to consumers, and therefore shouldn't have these types of issues...not to mention it's quite pricey. My advice: steer clear, and if you need storage, get an external TB drive...they're much faster.

It is reassuring to have an item you know will keep your date backed up and safe.

It's really nice to boost Internet and saves back ups from computer automatically

Easy to install and does its job. On top I like the wireless back up function of my MacBook. Was one of the main purchase reasons for me. Everybody who also owns a MacBook and needs a new router I can only recommend this item.

I bought this for an easy, no-hassle way to back up my Mac laptop. This is a great product, but the price tag is a little steep. If it were cheaper I would give it 5 stars.

I love this time capsule. It is the easiest to set up and use. Does not take up too much space either.

This is perfect for what we needed. The wi-fi connection is great! The shared storage is great! Apple products all rock!

Very easy to configure and back up. Connect to your network, tell Time Machine to find your back up and you are set!

Seamless online backup. I even use it as a remote wireless hard drive where I store the large versions of all my digital photos.

compared to previous generations this is a huge upgrade. The speed and range alone are reasons to upgrade to 802.11ac. The only downfall is that is has a USB 2 port. Other than that it does great for what it is.

This is my first airport, and I can't believe how fast the AC setting is. Works magnificently and would recommend it to anyone
