This product is very easy to setup and use. Wish there's on/off button, and would be great if it can backup some iphone data directly like icloud.

As far as ease of use this product is great. Only issue I have is that it switches my computer over to the network it created and off of WiFi.

Our old time capsule was sending out early signals of its decline, so we had to replace it. Time capsules are more expensive than some of the alternatives, but because their integration into our network is so simple and seamless, we didn't even consider alternatives. We did have a problem with it: it wouldn't back up, instead giving an error message that even the Apple Genius Bartenders hadn't seen before. Apple swapped it out for us for a new one (though we had to wait for them to order the new one -- so taking it back to BestBuy may have been a better choice in this case).

This is a very good product that is very easy to use especially with other apple products.

This is by far the best wifi router and the best backup solution for any Mac.

I have Verizon Fios and the wireless router capability on the Actiontec modem is severely lacking. The wireless range was very poor and caused several dead zones throughout my house. Adding the Apple Airport removed all of the dead zones and the wireless network speed is so much faster. One area in the house where before I could barely get a signal, now I can stream video, etc with no problem. Love this thing!

wifi speeds are super fast, time machine backups are effortless and seamless

My internet provider does not set up personal equipment for wireless connection, so I was on my own trying to get this equipment set up. The directions in the booklet make it sound like a piece of cake, but I spent a lot of time connecting and disconnecting my modem and the time machine and could not get it to install through Airport Utility on my laptop. Finally gave up and called Apple tech support and after almost an hour we were able to get it installed using Airport Utility through my iPhone. Now that it's installed, it's great. It runs automatic backups through Time Machine and wireless has been flawless.

I love Apple products and like always you can count on apple to be simple and easy to use.
