Saved my day, or days!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.6 weeks after I bought AP Time Capsule my hard drive went on my 2 1/2 year old computer.... with in 6 hours I replaced the drive and was back up and running. Almost no data lost and only had to re-install on app that did not install correctly. Over the years I have had computer failures and have had to spend days recovering. My luck usual does not work this well!

I set it up easily to replace an older model Airport Extreme. I am a Mac user with a couple of Mac laptops and several iPads and iPhones on the network - so I was quite surprised when the Time Capsule's Hard Disk said it wasn't formatted correctly for the Time Machine Backup. This required some additional formatting from the Mac Disk Utility. Once that was done, however - everything worked just fine.
